A little while ago, I posted a photo of a Stylidium flower and wrote about how it's kind of an interesting plant, possibly protocarnivorous. What makes them really interesting, in my opinion, is that they have a trigger mechanism that causes the reproductive organs to snap forward, dusting the insect pollinator with pollen, and also receiving any pollen the insect might have been carrying. Here's a slow motion video I captured of the response to me touching the flower with a small branch.
