It's always a nice surprise to receive the ICPS Carnivorous Plant Newsletter in the mail. It is published quarterly, so the sad thing is that I'll read it in a day or two and then have to wait another 3 months before a new ones arrives! This issue has a photo of Drosera rotundifolia and Nepenthes on the cover, which are growing in the wild in the Philippines. I really like seeing carnivorous plants in the wild, but there aren't too many around where I live, unfortunately.
The other book I'm (re-)reading right now is not about carnivorous plants, but is "how to" by author/cartoonist/scientist/engineer Randall Munroe. He's a really funny and creative writer and all his books are hilarious.
